How Does It Work?

Bandana’s Bar-B-Q can offer our pulled pork, BBQ Sauce, sides and even buns in bulk at a discounted rate for re-sale. Your volunteers will serve our delicious products at the scheduled sports game, tournament, or community event. Once your request is approved, our knowledgeable coordinators will provide sales options, price points, and tips on how to maximize profits!

What information is needed to request a Concession Sales Fundraiser?

Name of the Organization
Who the proceeds will benefit
Date and Time of the Event – Minimum one-week advance notice required
Event Location
Contact Person’s address, email, and phone number
Copy of the organizations W-9 and tax-exempt letter
Completed fundraiser request form

Helpful Ideas We Have Received from Past Successful Event Coordinators
